Im limited to what I can do cause of rehab so Im curious what arw some good core exercises I can do and how often in order to hit my core properly without really messing myself up. Right now Im just doing planks 3 sets 30 seconds every day
If your rehab prevents you from doing core exercises with weight are you confident you should be doing core exercises without weight? That's not usually how this works. What are you rehabbing?
