Siddipet: The representatives of the Buddha Light International Association (BLIA) of Malaysia presented oxygen concentrators of Rs 10 lakh, N-95 masks, PPE kits and others Covid-19 protective equipment to the Siddipet District Administration in the presence of Finance Minister T Harish Rao in Siddipet. BLIA director Magnesh, manager Vamshidhar Reddy and DXN Company Industries PRO Chandrakanth and others met Harish Rao at his residence to hand over the materials to the district administration.
DXN, which sets up an industry near the city of Siddipet, is founded by Malaysian industrialist Dr Lim, who carries out various social activities through BLIA.
Thanks to BLIA for his gesture, Harish OSD instructed Balaraju to use the oxygen concentrators by placing them at various health centers. The minister said the concentrators would help them get treatment at home instead of visiting a hospital, and said the director of SIF (Sunyathi Foundation International), Pratheek, played an important role in getting the oxygen concentrators here to provide. He further said that they expect to get more such concentrators from them.
The Minister called on the corporate enterprises to join the government in supporting the people during the pandemic, and donating oxygen concentrators and other protective equipment to state hospitals. The chairman of Telangana State Forest Development Corporation, Vanteru Prathap Reddy and others, were present.
