Completed a number of cycles of strong lifts. Then moved onto all pro. Have done the same there.
Now am looking for a new routine that can help me progress and work on other muscles.
Any suggestions?

I have followed routines made progress. Now need to progress.
Ideal would be to lose the fat first. Which did happen but now has stagnated. Could try and build muscle or try something else which helps.
Diet has been in deficit. Can change and try to build mass if that can change things.
