Nicolas Betbeder-Matibet (pictured) has been appointed Software AG's new senior vice president of sales for APJ.
Betbeder-Matibet joins Software AG from Tibco, where he led the company's Asia business.
He previously held senior roles at Mega International and CGI Business Consulting.
Betbeder-Matibet holds a degree in maths and computer science from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, a master's in the same subject from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble, and an MBA from ESCP Business School.
Michael Cross moves to the role of vice president of APJ alliance and channels from his previous position of vice president of solutions and technology for Australia and Japan.
He is an 11-year veteran at Software AG, and previously worked in architecture and advisory positions at CA, Red Hat, webMethods, Novell, Centrelink and the AFP.
Cross holds a BA from the University of New South Wales.
Lorne Fetzek is Software AG's new country manager for Japan.
He has more than 20 years' experience with technology companies in the region, most recently as Imperva's area vice president for Japan.
Fetzek previously held senior appointments at Proofpoint, Polycom, Verizon and Dell, and holds a BA in international studies from Miami University.
KyuHwan Lee joins Software AG as country manager for South Korea from Oracle, where he was sales director for Oracle Digital Prime.
He previously worked in sales and business development roles at BizFlow (formerly HandySoft) and Netcom, and holds an MBA from Sogang University.
