Citizens Advice calls for more low-cost broadband as 2.5 mln people struggle to pay ISP

The UK charity Citizens Advice has called on the government to do more to help people access affordable broadband services. Its research found around 2.5 million people are behind on payments to their ISP, an increase of around 700,000 since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
