Inmarsat goes to court over Dutch plans for 3.5 GHz band

Inmarsat said it has started a legal procedure against the Dutch government. The hearing before an administrative court is scheduled for 17 June. Inmarsat wants a preliminary injunction to suspend changes to the National Frequency Plan (NFP).
