Share price of Siemens rises as Nifty weakens

Shares of Ltd. gained 0.35 per cent to Rs 2148.25 in Friday's trade as of 10:46AM (IST).

The stock hit a high price of Rs 2176.75 and low of Rs 2143.65 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 8.09 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 10:46AM shares and turnover at Rs 5.2 crore around that time.
The stock of Siemens Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 2176.75 and Rs 1020.0, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.3.

Promotor/FII Holding
Promoters held 75.0 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2021, while foreign investors held 4.37 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 10.59 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 3540.0 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2021, up 18.66 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 2983.3 crore and up 21.24 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 2919.9 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 334.4 crore, up 90.32 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
