    What to do for freelancers?

I never had any problems with weight until I became a freelancer. I am a designer.
But I work at home. There is a refrigerator nearby and there is no physical activity at all. What to do?

I am a freelancer too. Well its a lot about determination and playing it smart.

I have a refrigerator as well but I keep it empty lol. I mean I stock up on protein, veggies, and fruit. I never buy junk food.

I spend at least 30 minutes 3-4 days a week working out at home.

well you can still go outside for a walk or run, or do some bodyweight exercises at home. i'd recommend hitting the gym to retain as much muscle as possible though

it all comes down to being in a caloric deficit, so it's actually very possible to lose weight even if you do zero exercise
