NEW DELHI: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is celebrating his 48th wedding anniversary with his wife and actor Jaya Bachchan today. The veteran star marked the occasion by sharing unseen priceless pictures from their wedding day. Big B took to his Instagram account to share a collage of unseen pictures clicked during their wedding ceremony. Thanking everyone for their love, he wrote, “June 3, 1973 .. thank you all for your greetings on our Anniversary.” Soon, several B-town celebrities like Shilpa Shetty, Bhumi Pednekar, Dia Mirza, Bipasha Basu, Sonal Chauhan, Neha Dhupia and others wished Big B in the comment section.

Shilpa wrote, “Happpppppyyyy Anniversary @amitabhbachchan ji and Jaya aunty, wishing you many more years of love and happiness.”

Bhumi commented on the post, writing, “Happy anniversary legends.” Bipasha wished the couple a “Happy Anniversary,” with a string of heart emojis. Big B also celebrated the special day by posting a heartfelt note on his Tumblr blog.

In his blog, the veteran said, “Thank you all with immense gratitude for the wishes for Jaya and me on our Wedding Anniversary .. June 3, 1973.. now 48 years!! Your wishes and your gracious words have been most moving and filled with love for us .. and we truly appreciate them .. For today and now.”

Amitabh and Jaya tied knot on June 3, 1973. The couple later in their life welcomed two children, Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Abhishek Bachchan.

Zainab spoke exclusively to The Daily Guardian where Zainab spoke to us about her new project and much more. How excited are you for playing lead role in the project India’s Most Sansanikhez Kisse Case Files03? I am playing a modern girl hailing from Delhi who is wicked smart but sweet innocent at the same time. She is shown beautiful and witty! A party animal. I guess I’m glad to play the role of Shubhi. How did you bag the role for the series? How was it working with Ronit Roy? I guess I will give all the credits to the casting director and actor Adarsh A Jain for casting me in this project. I auditioned for it and bagged the role of Shubhi. He said I will fit perfect to play the part. Ronit Roy is narrating the whole story and I’m glad I shared a screen with such veteran actor.

What does your character look like in the series? I am extremely shy at times but I get too excited the other time so I basically cannot explain the part of how bubbly or weird I can be at times. The character is not relatable to me in my real life as I don’t like joking and making fun out of situation. I like meaningful talks and sense in a conversation. Did you face any struggles or obstacles while the period of you finding work as this is your lead project? I have appeared in lot of commercials digitally and on television. I am active model and I have worked with amazing designers.

Television actor Karan Mehra, who played the role of an ideal father and a doting husband in one of the country’s longest running daily soaps, has been accused of beating his wife. Nisha Rawal, who is also a famous TV actor and a model, alleged that her husband Karan hit her after a fight on monday night.

Mehra was arrested on Tuesday morning and was, however, shortly granted bail.

The Goregaon Police has filed a case against him under Indian Penal Code (IPC) section 336 (endangering human life or the personal safety others), 337 (causing hurt by an act which endangers human life), 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation).

There were rumours of a rift between the two had been around for more than a month to which the couple had denied.

Rawal has appeared in multiple TV commercials, including those for Coca Cola, Sunsilk shampoo, among others. She has also acted in a few Bollywood movies.

The couple was also seen together on television in a dance reality show ‘Nach Baliye’.

WASHINGTON : Friendly exes Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott spent a “happy” family weekend with their 3-year-old daughter Stormi after sparking dating rumours. The fashion mogul took to her Instagram handle and shared a sneak peek into the water balloon fight the couple had with their daughter Stormi, during their visit with the rapper’s family in Houston. The pair and their daughter are celebrating Memorial Day with the rapper’s family in Houston, a source told People Magazine. During their stay, Jenner, and Scott, had a friendly water balloon fight, which can be seen in Jenner’s Instagram stories. The videos see Stormi and her rapper dad team up to take on Jenner, who runs away from the balloons while recording the playful fight. At one point, Scott successfully hits Jenner with a water balloon which makes their daughter laugh adorably. “Kylie and Travis continue to spend a lot of quality family time together,” the source told People Magazine. 

WASHINGTON : It’s not only the fans of the beloved sitcom ‘Friends’ who are still reminiscing the reunion special, but also the Emmy-winning star Jennifer Aniston, who is recalling her ‘emotional’ return to the sets of the show almost after 17 years.

People Magazine reported that Aniston recently appeared on Gayle King’s SiriusXM show, where she opened up about stepping onto the set of the iconic sitcom again for the first time in 17 years. “It was a sucker punch in the heart in a way,” Aniston said of the experience, which was filmed for ‘Friends: The Reunion’, now streaming on HBO Max.

She went on to explain that being in that space took an emotional toll on everyone, not just her. “It was for all of us, I think. Even Courteney [Cox] we got tears out of! And I don’t even know she’s so, you know, not emotional,” the 52-year-old actor said.

Aniston told King that everyone was excited to return to the sets like, “This is going to be so fun to walk onto the set and they’re bringing all of the sets out from storage and putting it all back together. We romanticised it.”

Aniston played Rachel Green in ‘Friends’, which originally aired for 10 seasons on NBC from 1994 to 2004. The beloved sitcom followed the story of six friends in their 20s and 30s who live in Manhattan, New York City.

ITANAGAR : Bollywood actor Kriti Sanon who wrapped the shoot for her upcoming film Bhediya in Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh, right before the second lockdown was imposed, shared an adorable BTS image with a local child from the city. She took to her Instagram Story and posted the picture as she spent some happy moments with the locals at the beautiful location. The photo sees Sanon in a plain mint green tracksuit holding the cute girl while exuding happiness as the duo smilingly glare into the lens. The photo also read, “#ziro diaries”.

Starring Kriti Sanon, Varun Dhawan, Abhishek Banerjee, and Deepak Dobriyal, the story is written by National Award Winner, Niren Bhatt who also wrote scripts for ‘Bala’, ‘Made In China’, ‘Wrong Side Raju’. The film is slated to release in cinemas on 14 April 2022.
