As we are getting closer to the time when Apple usually launches a new iPhone, we are getting to hear more rumors about speculated features. The newest leak is based on investors' notes shared by Daniel Ives, a Wedbush analyst. The whole iPhone 13 series is said to feature LiDAR camera sensors and iPhone 13 Pro models are tipped to have 1TB storage space.

Apple has been offering LiDAR sensors with some of the devices for the last couple of years. It brought these sensors to iPhones last year but restricted them to the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max. It is now rumored to expand to the whole iPhone 13 series which presumably will be iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max.

The leak further claims that iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max will have a 1TB storage variant. This is double the maximum storage space that Apple currently offers on iPhone models. It will specifically be useful for those who use iPhones for shooting in ProRAW format where file sizes can be huge. The size difference can be as much as 10 to 12 times between a ProRAW file and commonly used HEIF/JPEG formats.

The next-gen iPhone models are widely rumored to arrive with 120Hz refresh rate displays. A recent report revealed that Samsung is the main supplier for 120Hz OLED LTPO displays. The notch size is tipped to be smaller and the camera sensor size is said to be bigger than the predecessor.
