Kerala University offline exams from June 15; Tharoor urges govt to keep it on hold or online

NEW DELHI: Kerala University has released the revised exam schedule for the sixth-semester B.Sc Electronics degree examination, fourth-semester MA/M.Sc./ M.Com/MSW /MA HRM/MMCJ examinations on its official website.

Shashi Tharoor, MP for Thiruvananthapuram on Friday said, it is irresponsible that the Kerala University S6 exams are scheduled from 15th June. Pushing students into circumstances that may endanger many lives is an injustice, he added. Tharoor further urged chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan and the governor of Kerala Arif Mohammad Khan to put all exams in the state on hold or conduct the online test, if it is unavoidable.

According to the revised schedule, Kerala University will commence the sixth-semester B.Sc Electronics degree examination on June 15 and the fourth-semester MA/M.Sc./ M.Com/MSW /MA HRM/MMCJ will begin on June 16.
