I don't see 3 to choose from.
Edit:
Chose "other" because I would rotate them all every couple of weeks. They're all good, but my 2 faves would be machine row and DB row. Chest supported is great bcz you can stretch out in front before full contraction. DB is great as it's a natural rowing movement: picking up something heavy.Last edited by ECGordyn; Today at 06:26 AM.

I'm not sure if this is properly considered an accessory per se, but I've regularly been doing Pendlay's this past month and I'm liking them a lot and seem to be responding well.
Appealing to me are:
- The stimulus to explosive strength
- Overall carryover to the deadlift (especially with setup, the position you have to maintain, and its alignment with DL cues such as pulling the slack out of the bar)
- No eccentric (which I recently learned) and initiating the pull with a near-horizontal back and hips low puts a lot of speed bumps on casual/accidental cheating
- Good compliment to the bench as it is perhaps its closest mirror and insures even upper body development and strength
Not sure how I feel about this lack of an eccentric though. That portion of the lift accounts for a lot in other exercises.Bench: 315
Squat: 335
Deadlift: 475
