VJ and actress Anusha Dandekar, who recently made headlines for her break up with long-time boyfriend Karan Kundra, on Thursday shared a sultry picture on Instagram and penned down a note on self love.
The picture shows the 'Love School' host posing in a colour-blocked wrap dress which has a plunging neckline. Anusha is seen rocking the risqué outfit with ash blonde hair and smoky eyes.
Sharing it, she wrote: "The strongest actions for a Woman is to Love herself, Be herself and Shine amongst those who have taken her for granted... #unknown Shine my Beauties... Love You"
Anusha recently shared a throwback video of herself jumping off a cliff and shared a cryptic note about letting go.
She wrote: "It was strange that I was so afraid, coz I’m not scared of heights, I’ve jumped out of ✈️’s & I’m not scared of water coz I can ... I just guess, like life, we get stuck with thoughts & fears that are only holding us back and you have to silence the negative & just take the plunge, believe..."
"I’ve always been a free bird & I needed to let go and fly! And believe me when you do, however big or small, it’s beautiful," she added.
Anusha, who dated Television actor Karan Kundrra for over five years, called it quits last year. The VJ had accused Karan of cheating.
In an interview, in April, Karan finally broke his silence about the cheating allegations Anusha levelled against him and said that he would not like to indulge in any mudslinging.
Questioning the allegations, Karan asked why hasn’t any other person, who he has been in a relationship with, ever accused him of something as serious as this.
Kundrra also said that he has 'not yet recovered' from his break up with Anusha.
According to rumours, Anusha has found love once again in British-Indian actor and fitness model Jason Shah.
