The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education on Thursday issued a circular stating that the Class XII assessment will be made as per a well-defined objective criterion in a time bound manner, and further it is decided that any student
who is not satisfied with the assessment, will have an option to appear in the examination as and when the situation becomes conducive.

The state cancelled the HSSC exam in view of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The Goa board has also maintained that it will soon come out with a detail policy for assessment of Class
XII students.
