Wadettiwar announced on Thursday.</p><p>Wadettiwar said the Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray-led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government has prepeared a 5-level unlock plan on the basis of positivity rate and status of occupancy of oxygen beds in the districts. Districts with the lowest positivity rate will have no restrictions, he added.</p><p>In the first phase, the districts where the COVID-19 positivity rate is 5 per cent and oxygen availability is within 25 per cent will unlock.
