Rostelecom inks cooperation deal with of Volgograd region, expands network in Amur

Russian national operator Rostelecom has signed a cooperation agreement with the government of the Volgograd region. The agreement was signed under the framework of St Petersburg Economy Forum. The parties will together implementing the Digital Economy national programme.
