Portuguese regulator recommends operators improve customer service

Portugal's National Communications Authority has decided to recommend to companies operating in the sector the adoption or reinforcement of a set of practices aimed at improving customer relations. This follows an increase in complaints in the past year, as customers relief more heavily on communication services during the pandemic.
