German court prohibits misleading 5G ads

The district court of Koblenz has found that telecom service providers are misleading customers by advertising 5G services that are actually not available for the advertised price, but only at a higher price, and only to a limited extent. The court said telecom service providers need to make clear in their ads that the services are only available to a limited extent.
