Osmania University launches online classes today

Hyderabad: The online classes of Osmania University for the undergraduate, graduate conventional and professional programs begin today.

According to the circular issued by the registrar of Osmania University, the online classes will start from June 1 after the summer holidays.

In the aftermath of the closure, the registrar issued another circular stating the government’s guidelines. It states that 50 percent of the staff in the university campus, district PG and affiliated colleges must work.

The educational institutions and the administrative department can work from 9 to 14 hours until 9 June.

Meanwhile, the registrar of Satavahana University in Karimnagar has announced that classes will start from June 1 after the summer holidays. The colleges that fall under the Satavahana commitment must start online classes from June 1st.

It should be noted that due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Osmania University declared summer holidays for all affiliated colleges from 5 to 31 May.
