LMT to acquire SMN

Latvian operator LMT has signed an agreement on the acquisition of 100 percent of Santa Monica Networks (SMN), a provider of data network and IT security services in the Baltic States. The company is currently owned by Livonia Partners. Clearance from Latvian and Lithuanian regulators is necessary in order to complete the deal.
