Steel Strips Wheels SSWL has achleved Net turnover of Rs165.68cr in May 2021 vs Rs235.28cr in April 2021, thereby recording decrease of 29.58% MOM & achieved gross turnover of Rs190.69cr in May 2021 Vs Rs284.34cr in April 2021, there by recording a decrease of 32.94% MOM. The net sales turnover and Gross Sales turnover grew by 387.99% & 388.89% yoy respectively.
SSWL achieved wheel rim sales of 10.22 lakh in May 2021 Vs 14.77 lakh in April 2021 representing a decrease of 30.82% MOM and YOY increases of 256%.
Exports Segment volume rose by 45% MOM:
The export segment acheived its highest ever sales by volume and sales in May 21, and expected to grow further.
PV segment decline by 61% MOM:
The PV volume saw a decline in the month amid the rising second wave in India and partial lockdowns along with issues faced pertaining to supply chain.
Steel Strips Wheels was trading at Rs741.25 per piece down by Rs10 or 1.33% from its previous closing of Rs751.25 per piece on the BSE, at around 2:41 PM.
