Actor Sanjay Kapoor's daughter Shanaya Kapoor, who is all set to make her acting debut, recently dropped a series of sultry pictures on Instagram.
The 21-year-old flaunted her svelte figure and exuded Mexican vibes in a sheer white ensemble.
"Mentally I’m in Mexico ordering for tacos by the beach," wrote Shanaya in one post.
“Where are my tacos?” she captioned another picture.
“Throwing shade isn't going to help you shine,” she wrote in her third picture.
It was earlier reported that, Shanaya will be launched by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
Details of her debut film have been kept under wraps till now.
Shanaya is producer Boney Kapoor and veteran actor Anil Kapoor's niece, and first cousin of actors Sonam Kapoor, Harshvardhan Kapoor, and Janhvi Kapoor.
Shanaya Kapoor, daughter of actor Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep, just made her debut at le Bal in Paris and is now eagerly waiting to be launched in Bollywood as an actress. She says if the "most amazing director" Karan Johar will ever direct her, then she will get emotional and "just die".
Earlier, in an interview with IANS, when Shanaya was asked if she would want Karan to launch her as an actress, she said with excitement: "I mean, yeah! I don't think any actor would say no. He is family. He is talented and the most amazing director. I think I would start crying if Karan ever directs me. I would get emotional and just die."
She did get a chance to be an assistant director on Janhvi’s film "Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl" backed by Johar.
If not an acting project, the 20-year-old did get a chance to be an assistant director on the upcoming film "Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl" backed by KJo.
"As soon as my school was done, my dad and mom were like go to LA or New York and do a course," she recalled.
But she was focussed on getting into the film industry.
"The best education you get is by being on a film set. Karan has always been there," she said.
