Motorola started its 2021 product roadmap with the launch of three new Moto G-series smartphones. One of these phones was the Moto G Stylus (2021) which is a mid-range smartphone with stylus support. The team is now reportedly ready to launch a 5G-capable variant of the phone in the United States.

Nils Ahrensmeier aka @NilsAhrDE has shared a bunch of Moto G Stylus (2021) 5G smartphone renders along with a few key specification details. These renders are similar to the ones that leaked in early January but did not match the phone that got launched a week later. They showed a quad rear camera setup with a different design which has now emerged to be a 5G variant of the smartphone.

The newly shared renders show the alleged Moto G Stylus (2021) 5G variant in a color that looks like Emerald Green. It also seems to have a gradient finish on the back panel. The square-shaped camera module on the top left corner houses four cameras in a 2 x 2 arrangement. It is unknown whether the phone will have the same four camera sensors as the 4G variant or there will be some differences there as well.

The tipster has noted that the 5G variant will feature 256GB of onboard storage. This is twice what Motorola offered with the 4G LTE variant. The phone has a punch-hole display with a selfie camera housed within the notch on the top left corner. Other technical details about the device are unknown but it is safe to assume that there will be a different processor as well. Motorola launched the 4G variant with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. We will have to wait to see whether the team sticks with Qualcomm for 5G capabilities or makes a switch to MediaTek silicones.
