As the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in the country is a growing concern, actress Jacqueline Fernandez who has made it big in Bollywood in a short span of time revealed that her parents, who are in Bahrain, are really worried about her after witnessing the deadly second wave of the pandemic. In her recent interaction with The Times Of India, the actress confessed that her parents are so scared that they even want her to move back to Bahrain with them. She said, 'My friends from Sri Lanka and my parents, who live in Bahrain, watch the news and panic when they see the situation in India. My parents desperately want me to live with them in Bahrain… even my uncles and cousins in Sri Lanka are asking me to come and stay with them. However, I am pretty intent on staying put here and continuing the work I am doing.' She further opened up about the COVID-19 pandemic situation in the country and said, 'I think in 2020, the outbreak of the virus shocked everyone. This time around, while we were under-prepared for the second wave, people came out in large numbers to actively help those in distress'. Well, for the unversed, last year during the first wave of COVID-19, the stunning actress moved in with Salman Khan and his family, at his Panvel farmhouse. Meanwhile, the actress is also among those celebs who are coming forward to help the people in tough times amid the pandemic. While the actress is leaving no stone unturned to spread awareness about the pandemic, the actress recently made a generous donation to Pune Police Foundation to help them fight Covid-19. Earlier, keeping in view the monsoon season which is all set to arrive in the city that is already struggling hard due to the COVID-19, the actress also donated raincoats and other safety guards to the Maharashtra police force. On the work front, the gorgeous diva will be next seen in the film 'Bhoot Police' co-starring Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor.
