Ivory Coast's cotton production to surge, exports to dip: TexPro

Ivory Coast, one of the top cotton exporters in the world and second largest cotton exporter in Sub-Saharan Africa, will witness a rise in its cotton production, but a drop in exports in marketing year (MY) 2021-22. The country is expected to produce 1.10 million 480 lb bales of cotton and export 1.15 million 480 lb bales in the upcoming season.
