Brands seeking a customer experience platform have a new choice, thanks to the combined companies Astute Solutions and Socialbakers.
Those firms, which have rebranded themselves as Emplifi, have launched a unified CX platform with the same name.
The goal is to help clients “better empathize with their customers and amplify their brand experiences -- wherever they might be,” says Mark Zablan, CEO of Emplifi.
As part of this, Emplifi has also debuted the Emplifi CX Cloud, an offering with three main components:

Several major brands are using the platform — for example, Delta Airlines.
Astute’s CX platform “has been integral in enabling us to offer more comprehensive, real-time support to our flight attendants,” states Angela Gammill, general manager of IFS technology & innovation, Delta AirLines. Gammill adds that Delta “is excited to continue this partnership, leveraging Emplifi’s unified CX solution" to achieve the best results across all consumer touchpoints.
