Sushant Pal fostering a fitness and lifestyle craze by exploiting digital platforms

Influencing others is not as simple as it appears; it takes a lot of effort and continuous hard work. Being a fitness influencer, on the other hand, necessitates a double effort because one must develop content while also working on one’s body. Sushant Pal is one such fitness influencer who emphasises the importance of fitness in one’s life and encourages everyone to exercise at home to stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle.

Hailing from Delhi, Sushant has completed his diploma in ECE and B.Tech not full time but yes part-time to add up skills in his resume.

He is currently a Blendjet brand ambassador and is a fitness fanatic. MuscleBlaze Nutrition, Amazon.com, Puma India, Levi’s, Voylla, The Man Company, Armani Exchange, Topman Jeans, Healthvit Nutrition, Big Muscle Rite Bite Nutrition Bar, Body First Nutrition, and others are among the 1500+ well-known businesses with whom he has collaborated.

Because of his good looks and body, he entered fashion pageants and won the title of “Mr Cool” in Delhi in 2018. He has 30k followers who have been inspired by his body and wish to obtain a figure similar to his one day.

He is dedicated to fitness as well as athletics, for which he has received various awards. He won a silver medal at the National Capital Cross Country 2013 race, which was hosted by Delhi University. He has continued to participate in sports like football, and in 2016, he was the goalkeeper for his team in the National Open Championship. Sushant aspires to be a B-town actor with his own production company one day.

He doesn’t just appeal to young people; he also has a huge impact on the elderly. He instilled in them the value of exercise in their daily lives and encouraged them to exercise at home to stay in shape and live a healthier lifestyle.

“You imagine, plan, and achieve. There will be challenges. There will be some sceptics. There will be errors. There are no limits to hard work, belief, confidence, and trust in yourself and those around you,” says Sushant.
