    PhonePe's legal battle intensifies over Indus OS acquisition

    Affle, a minority investor in Indus OS, has filed a petition against PhonePe in a Singapore court. Indus OS, keen to close the acquisition deal with the Walmart-backed company, has hit back by filing a case against Affle Global.

    Mumbai | Bengaluru: The legal battle over PhonePe's proposed acquisition of Indus OS, a homegrown content discovery platform, has intensified with Affle Global, a minority investor in Indus OS, filing a petition in a Singapore court against the Walmart Inc.-backed payment company.
