Lupin share price down 0.89 per cent

Shares of Ltd. traded 0.89 per cent up at Rs 1208.3 at around 01:42PM (IST) on Tuesday. The stock had closed at Rs 1219.1 in the previous session. Equity benchmark Sensex traded 50.79 points higher at 51988.23 around the same time.


The scrip has climbed 42.33 per cent in the last one year till date, while the 30-share index has gained 62.43 per cent during the same period.

The stock's 52-week high price stood at Rs 1246.3 and the 52-week low price at Rs 828.65.

Trading volume on the counter stood at 42,581 shares, while it quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 45.09, an EPS value of 26.81 and a price-to-book value of 2.13. In the Nifty50 pack, 24 stocks traded in the green, while 25 stocks were in the red.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 46.86 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2021, while foreign institutional investors and MF ownership stood at 17.87 per cent and 13.05 per cent, respectively.

Key Financials
For the quarter ended 31-Mar-2021, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 3841.32 crore, down 4.88 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 4038.53 crore and down 5.25 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 4054.34 crore. The company reported net profit of Rs 460.36 crore for the latest quarter.
