Been doing max OT for the last two weeks. I’m getting stronger but I feel like some joint issues are possibly arising lol. The whole program is focused on using the 4-6 rep range and each set is pretty much RPE 8-10. Total sets range anywhere from 6-9 and it’s a 5 day bro split schedule
Not sure if I should finish this week and look to do something else or stick with this? I like the short intense workouts and I’m also cutting and have a good 20-30lbs to drop.
