NVIDIA has unveiled new graphics cards GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti at Computex 2021. The first one is a flagship graphics card that theoretically is equivalent to RTX 3090. Both of these are high-end GPUs aimed at delivering the most powerful possible gaming performance.
The RTX 3080 Ti GPU is claimed to be twice as fast as the GTX 1080 Ti and about 1.5X faster than the GTX 2080 Ti. This comparison is for the 4K gaming performance. It comes with 12GB of GDDR6X memory which is exactly half of what the RTX 3090 GPU offers. This is the only significant difference between the two GPUs as all other technical specs are very close to each other. It even requires the same 350W power supply.
On another hand, the RTX 3070 Ti is an improved version of the RTX 3070. It is not as powerful as the higher GPU models but will surely be able to cater to your most gaming needs. It will come with 8GB of GDDR6X RAM as compared to the 8GB of GDDR6 RAM on the standard version. This should result in better and faster gaming performance. This is the biggest difference that you will get to see in the newest launch.
NVIDIA has priced the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti at $1,199 with sales starting June 3rd. The RTX 3070 Ti will cost you $599 with availability starting June 10th.
