Airtel Tanzania builds tower to extend connectivity to Morogoro

Airtel Tanzania will build a new tower in partnership with Universal Communication Services Access Fund (UCSAF), to connect over 3,100 residents of Mtuli Village, in Morogoro rural district, The Citizen reported. Airtel said the company has brought all the relevant equipment to the site and was only waiting for approvals from the local government, the aviation department and the National Environmental Management Council (Nemc). The firm hopes to complete construction in 2-3 months.
