The Bombay High Court bench of Justices Sambhaji Shinde and Abhay Ahuja on Tuesday ordered the city-based Breach Candy hospital not to discharge Delhi University professor Hany Babu till June 3.
The HC said it would hear the plea filed by Babu's wife Jenny Rowena on Thursday. Babu is presently getting treated for Covid19 virus in Breach Candy hospital.
He is one of the accused in the Bhima-Koregaon violence case.
