Saudi IT spending to bounce back this year to USD 27.7 billion - Gartner

Spending on IT systems in Saudi Arabia is expected to rebound this year, after a slight decrease in 2020 as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, according to the latest report from Gartner. About USD 27.593 billion was spent on IT in the country last year, a decline of 1.6 percent from 2019. However, the figure is expected to grow by 2.1 percent year-on-year in 2021 to USD 27.734 billion, and by 5.1 percent in 2022 and 5.2 percent in 2023.
