New Delhi: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting to withdraw, recall, reconsider the decision & rescind latest so-called order of its Chief Secretary.

“West Bengal Govt can’t release & is not releasing its Chief Secretary at this critical hours,” West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee wrote to PM requesting to withdraw, recall, reconsider the decision & rescind latest so-called order.

“‘Shocked and stunned by unilateral order’ recalling Chief Secretary, West Bengal,” she further said.

“I wanted a quiet word with you, a meeting between PM & CM as usual. You however included a local MLA from your party (who) had no locus to be present at a PM-CM meeting.”

The unilateral order is a volte-face against state interests. Chief secretary suffered personal bereavement recently and yet continues to do his duty
