Question Tricep tendonitis, other aches and pains, and overtraining?

Last week I decided I needed to deload from Viking's after around 8 weeks of training since my last deload and I was also on planning to start a strength routine for my bench and OHP. My body was aching and I definitely knew I needed to deload. Come Monday when I was supposed to deload, I felt really good on bench and decided to go for a max for the first time in my year of consistent training. I also went for an OHP max in the same day. Very bad choice I know lmao and I also felt some weird joint pain in my elbows and very slight inflammation in my tricep tendon but not as bad as today. Also want to mention for the past 8 weeks I had been training bench to basically failure every set which I now realize is most likely a recipe for injury, same thing with OHP and a few other exercises.

My next upper day was supposed to be Thursday and I decided to take that day totally off since I maxed on Monday. I also tweaked my left rotator cuff while on the driving range on a few days after my maxing on Monday after not golfing for almost 5 years. It's still a little tweaked as I'm writing this but it's been getting better.

Today I went back to the gym to start the new strength program and still felt pretty sh**ty in my shoulders and joints like I hadn't even deloaded. I kept going through my working sets and started feeling extremely weak on my lift offs and felt a little pain in elbows and left lower tricep when locking out after lift off and each rep. I could feel my lower left tricep tendon swelling up and getting tight with a tiny bit of pain but definitely felt enflamed after each set. Also felt tiny aches and pains in my shoulders and both arms which caused me to get progressively weaker while benching.

After finishing benching, my tricep tendon felt totally enflamed and this had never happened to me before. I went to my next exercise which was a pendlay row and still felt aches and pains and decided to call it a day after not even completing my warm up and feeling like complete sh*t. I went and bought some Aleve which calmed my tricep tendon inflammation but I still feel little aches and pains in my hands, forearms, elbows, and shoulders.

I think I have tricep tendonitis but this is the first day I've felt inflammation like this there so idk. As for the aches and pains, I feel like I might've not rested enough in order to deload/reset for upper body at least. I'm not sure exactly what I should do going forward. What should I do, deload or rest my upper body for another entire week while doing eccentrics for my tricep? Why did this happen, is it poor bench form or just overtraining? I'd like to note also that I've been sleeping 8 hours a day and eating at my normal caloric surplus every day of my "deload" at around 3500 cals 200g+ protein. I've also done a full deload for my legs, no working weight with those for all of last week. I'm only 21 so it kinda blows and I've also dealt with SI joint issues and bicep tendinitis which I have mostly recovered from.

At least you realized where you screwed up.

    Take deloads seriously.

For me with tendonitis, I normally back away from any exercises that will aggravate it for a week. Then re-introduce the exercises but very light, like warmup weight light and focus on repetitions. Normally after the 2nd or 3rd set, the pain is practically gone, which to me is a good sign.

If the pain is still the same or worsens during the exercise, I back off and once again stay away from any exercises that aggravates the injury.
