Washington [US]: Joe Lara – The star of the famous adventure movie ‘Tarzan: The Epic Adventures’ has died in a plane crash. The 58-year-old was with his wife and a few others when the private plane crashed into a lake this weekend.
According to TMZ, the private plane, which is allegedly a Cessna 501, took off from Smyrna Airport, just outside Nashville, on Saturday and allegedly plunged on its way to Palm Beach, but somehow plunged into Percy Priest Lake, not too long after takeoff.
After the crash, firefighters and other rescue crews were dispatched to the scene, but authorities told TMZ after an entire night operation that the passengers were killed in the crash. They were notified shortly thereafter and according to TMZ an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
According to TMZ, Lara and Gwen left behind three children.
