Managed service provider Brennan IT has appointed oOh! Media founder and former CEO Brendon Cook as chairman of its advisory board.
"We are thrilled to welcome Brendon to the chair of our advisory board," said Brennan IT managing director Dave Stevens.
"Brendon contributes an enormous amount of expertise and experience, and his approach and style is very much aligned with that of Brennan IT," he adds.
Under Cook's leadership, oOh! Media grew from a two-person start-up to a publicly listed company with more than 800 employees, with a business that spanned media, property, logistics,
maintenance and advanced data and technology.
"I am looking forward to having a close up, first-hand view of industry best-practice" said Cook.
"Brennan IT has quality people and a robust growth strategy which is built on a customer first-plan. My role is to add independent commentary and experience and assist, where possible, in ensuring this quality strategy succeeds."
Cook continues to be a non-executive consultant at oOh!, and is a director of iLearning Group, a board member of World Out of Home Organization and Thomson Geer, a non-executive director of Vamp, and a member of Koala's advisory board.
