RAIPUR: The Chhattisgarh State Haj Committee has urged intending pilgrims to complete their health verification for Hajj this year by uploading required documents online on the official website of Haj Committee of India at the earliest.
RAIPUR: The Chhattisgarh State Haj Committee has urged intending pilgrims to complete their health verification for Hajj this year by uploading required documents online on the official website of Haj Committee of India at the earliest.
Chhattisgarh State Haj Committee Sajid Memon said that applicants of Hajj 2021 will have to upload their health information online on the website of Haj Committee of India. A circular has been issued in this regard by the Haj Committee of India Mumbai issued on Thursday. People of the age group 18 to 60 years will be allowed this year for Haj according to the age criteria prescribed by Saudi Hukumat.
As per the guidelines issued, eligible applicants will have to upload their health information on the Haj Committee of India website. Under online health verification, every applicant will have to upload details of the Covid-19 vaccine dosage, name of the vaccine and individual vaccine certificate. Besides, a health certificate also needs to be submitted regarding hospitalization in the last six months. Along with this, instructions have been given to submit at the earliest the consent for departure for Haj 2021 under the pandemic period.
Memon further informed that the said information has been sent to the applicants through SMS by Haj Committee of India Mumbai. Those applicants, who have not received the information, can get the information by contacting the State Haj Committee Office`s telephone number 0771-4266646. Chhattisgarh State Haj Committee has appealed to all Haj applicants to get online health verification in the Haj Committee of India website www.hajcommittee.gov.in at the earliest and upload the necessary documents.
