Telangana: Lockdown is extended until June 10, relaxation until 13:00

Hyderabad: Telangana Prime Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao announced on Sunday that the persistent COVID-19 the exclusion will be extended for another ten days. However, the leisure hours have been extended (06:00) to 13:00. The state government also gave the public another hour after 1pm to reach their destinations or home.

It will be strictly closed from 14:00 to 06:00 according to the latest health bulletin, the number COVID-19 cases in the state are flat, and the mortality rate is also “satisfactory”.

During the closing period earlier, the Telangana government allowed the public four hours as leisure, from 06:00 to 10:00 to buy essential products. On 18 May, the government again took an important decision to extend the exclusion until 30 May.

It may be noted that KCR was also against the idea of ​​introducing a night clock or a closure in the state. But in view of the increasing number COVID-19 affairs, Secretary of State Somesh Kumar held talks with KCR and set the night clock.

Due to the closure, public finances have also been hit hard and the government also wants to revive the economy. Meanwhile, the state government is investigating various options on the closure issue.
