Bollywood film producer Ryan Ivan Stephen who bankrolled films like Kiara Advani's 'Indoo Ki Jawani' and Kajol's short film 'Devi', on Saturday passed away after reportedly contracting COVID-19.
On Sunday, Kajol took to social media to mourn the loss and penned down a heartfelt not.
Sharing a collage of throwback pictures, the 'Tanhaji' actress shared a poem. Her caption on Instagram read: "Tell me there’s a heaven ,
Tell me that it’s true
Tell me there’s a reason ,
Why I’m seeing what i do
Tell me there’s a heaven
Where all those people go

Stephen, a former journalist, who formed the banner Electric Apples Entertainment with screenwriter-lyricist Niranjan Iyenger, passed away in Goa. He is survived by his mother and sisters.
A number of Bollywood celebrities, including Alia Bhatt, Kiara Advani, Varun Dhawan and Farhan Akhtar, took to social media on Saturday to mourn Stephen's demise.
Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, Nikkhil Advani's Emmay Entertainment, which also produced 'Indoo Ki Jawani', paid homage to Stephen, remembering him as a kind and compassionate person.
