Andhra Pradesh is the first state to bring Corona treatment and Black Fungus under YSR Aarogyasri's scheme. As the cases are growing, the testing, tracing, and treatment is also carried out and the state government ensured to give vaccination to all in the basis of age priority to build a Corona-free society. So far, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's Government has spent Rs.2229 Crores for COVID treatment alone in the past 14 months.

The government is also setting up several oxygen Plants across the state. The government has made some big changes in the Medical field to provide quality medical care to all the poor and middle-class people without any difficulties. After forming the government, cm focused on upgrading the Aarogyasri scheme and made it available for all the families who have up to Rs.5 Lakhs income.

Also, he brought 104 and 108 services at a cost of Rs.210 Crores to provide emergency medical care to patients during emergencies. Modernization of hospitals has also been undertaken on large scale under Nadu-Nedu scheme. The government also embarked on constructing 16 new Medical colleges in every Parliamentary Constituency. The changes in two years speak volumes!
