Hyderabad: The annual event to distribute fish prasadam by Bathini family will not be held this year also in view of Covid-19 pandemic.
The distribution of fish prasadam every year is held at Exhibition Grounds in the city by Bathini family members on Mrigasira Karthi day, usually in first or second week of June.
Last year too, the prasadam distribution was not done due to Covid.
Given the prevailing pandemic situation, the Bathini family have decided to cancel the fish distribution this Mrigasira Karthi falling on June 8. The fish prasadam will be prepared in small quantity for the family members.
