Cash aid handed to Covid-hit families

Imphal, May 29 2021: Intending candidate Uritkhinbam Ramesh has begun fulfilling his promise of providing assistance to Covid affected families in Mayang Imphal AC by extending Rs 5000 each to 8 such families on Saturday.

Speaking to newspersons on the sidelines, Ramesh informed that the monetary assistance was provided through the local clubs, taking into consideration of the families' inability to move freely due to their Covid positive status.

He then assured of continuing the assistance to other similar families and urged all concerned to contact him in this regard via the clubs.
