    Help me with protein

    I read the protein sticky and its great info but it doesnt help me pick one. Im a newbie so its alot of info to sort through.
    Im 250 lbs, 5'10', 26% body fat. I lift in the gym 3-4 times a week along with some other cardio and stretching. Im trying to get down to a healthy body fat (10-14%) and keep as much muscle as possible. Can someone recommend which protein would be the best to help with this goal. Ill take any advice on other supplements as well. Currently I only take a multivitamin.
