One question
9th of june gyms will finally open again after a year of being closed due to covid. Ive been doing cf the last 3 months cause I was tired of not being able to push myself.
Now I am starting to love the oly lifts in cf and wish to keep on doing them. Is there a way of doing F5 and some oly lift training or any other routine that might balance well with oly lifts? Im not that good at em yet but starting to learn some of them. Ive been searching but havent found anything about doing like the big 5 alongside some oly lifts. Mostly its bench/press/squat and oly lifts (like glenn pendlays supertotal)
