HyderabadWealthy families of twin cities who have their own farmhouses in the city and those who can afford them have left their homes in the city to live safely with their families and relatives.
These wealthy families of Hyderabad have moved to their farmhouse in districts like Moinabad, Chevella Shadnagar, Jadcherla, Zahirarabad, Siddipet, Shamirpet, Adilabad, Nirmal, Bodhan and many other areas.
In light of the “Work From Home”, the employees of many companies moved with their families to the farmhouses where they enjoyed work and holidays together.
For these families, the exclusion is like a long vacation because they do not experience as many financial problems as the poor.
Unlike these affluent families, those belonging to the lower middle class and poor families struggle to cope with the economic problems. They frantically try to earn their bread during the four hours of relaxation.
Labor reaches their ‘designated workplace’ near the markets early in the morning to find work. But because of the Corona shutdown, they rarely get jobs. If they do, they are paid less than their normal wage would normally be.
The condition of car and taxi drivers and street vendors is no better, as they have also been hit hard by the pandemic and the closure.
There are small retailers who open their stores daily in the hopes of doing business during leisure time, but the people just want to buy the essentials. These traders are also suffering from the economic problems.
For the poor families, the option to die from Covid-19 or from hunger. If they were given a choice, they would surely take a chance coronavirus than to starve to death.
