Finnish budget amendment seeks more money for cyber security, remote networks, Digirail

The Finnish government has submitted a third supplementary budget proposal for 2021 to Parliament on 27 May, seeking more funds for the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The amendments include a proposal for EUR 1 million for cyber security research and EUR 1 million for cyber security training, as part of the national Recovery and Resilience Plan following Covid-19. Another EUR 1 million will be allocated to implement the cyber security programme.
