Twitter seems to have accidentally confirmed the existence of the Blue subscription. It was added as an in-app purchase to the Twitter app's listing on the App Store. It was first spotted by well-known app researcher Jane Manchun Wong aka @wongmjane who also shared a few screenshots of the service.
The listing showed that the Twitter Blue subscription costs $2.99 per month as claimed in a previous report. As per shared screenshots, the service includes features like "Undo Tweet" and "Reader mode". The first feature will give users some time before sending the tweet so that they can avoid tweeting something wrong.

For testing, I’ve become the first paying Twitter Blue customer 😅
Twitter Blue comes with Color Themes as well as custom App Icons
Reader Mode coming soon https://t.co/RxQHwi6apl pic.twitter.com/UC7kfNS9PE
The Reading mode will make it easier for users to read long threads of tweets. It will essentially convert long threads into a reader mode style. There are also various color themes to choose from that will allow users to customize the app's accent. These include Yellow, Blue, Red, Purple, Green, and Orange. It also has different app icons for subscribers.
Twitter is yet to comment officially on the matter. Nevertheless, the Twitter Blue subscription service looks closer than ever to the release. We can expect official details to become public sooner than later.
