    Water pills?

Okay, so here's the thing. I've been on a cut for a several weeks, and I have noticed a significant amount of fat loss during that time (around my midsection). The thing is that my body also has a tendency to retain a lot of water weight, and then releases it suddently days later, thus finally allowing me to see my results.

I was wondering if it would be beneficial to take a diuretic to help eliminate some of the excess water weight, just so I can more accurately visually check on my progress. I wouldn't do it overly frequently. Just on days when I feel like I'm retaining too much water, or if I want to periodically check my progress. I feel like I am also not able to get an accurate reading/tracking on my weight loss consistently if I am always retaining water.

Is this a bad or dangerous idea? Is there anything that you guys recommend?
